Delivery and returns

Every myduke® order is dispensed via registered express post with Australia Post. That means you should get your products within 1-5 business days (depending on where you live, of course). This doesn’t include pharmacy processing times. We offer Free shipping for the orders over $99.

You’ll get a tracking number with every order, too, so you can follow it in real time.

Since we’re relying on Australia Post, we can’t be responsible for any delays or problems in-transit, sorry. You can always grab postal insurance, to protect from any loss or damage.

If you get the wrong product or your product is faulty, then of course we’ll provide a replacement. No problem at all. Please note however faulty products need to be claimed as faulty and returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Unfortunately, My Duke Pharmacy can’t accept change-of-mind returns or refunds on any medicines. Legislation prohibits their return once they have been dispensed. It’s a bummer, but that’s just how it is.
