# My Duke

> myduke® is an Australian online platform for evidence-based smoking cessation. Eligible adults complete an online health assessment, are reviewed by an Australian-registered medical practitioner, and — where clinically appropriate — receive treatment dispensed by an Australian pharmacy partner, with ongoing clinical support.

myduke® simplifies access to smoking cessation care while keeping medical oversight and regulatory compliance at the centre of the process. Treatment is supplied only after assessment by an Australian-registered medical practitioner, and not every patient will be found suitable.

The patient journey runs end to end: online questionnaire → medical assessment → treatment approval (if suitable) → pharmacy dispensing → home delivery → ongoing support.

## Trust & Governance

- Operating entity: Registered company name: myduke® Pty Ltd and ABN: 50 649 314 269
- Clinical oversight: Patients are assessed by independent Australian-registered medical practitioners who exercise their own clinical judgement when determining whether treatment is appropriate. Medical reviews are conducted by AHPRA-registered doctors, and treatment is only prescribed where clinically suitable. Participating pharmacists also make an independent professional assessment before dispensing prescribed treatment.
- Regulatory context: myduke® operates within Australia's telehealth, prescribing and pharmacy framework. Medical practitioners provide independent clinical assessments, and treatment is supplied only where clinically appropriate. Where applicable, medicines that are not included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) are prescribed through Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)-permitted pathways in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
- Eligibility: Determined by clinical assessment. General criteria:
    - Aged 18 years or older.
    - An Australian resident, physically located in Australia at the time of the online consultation.
    - A current or former smoker seeking to quit smoking or manage nicotine dependence.
    - Suitability confirmed by an Australian-registered medical practitioner — not every applicant will be suitable, and certain medical conditions, medicines, or circumstances (for example, pregnancy or breastfeeding) may mean treatment is not appropriate.
